Happy 7th Anniversary Tracy Kudrna

We are proud to celebrate Tracy Kudrna’s 7-year anniversary with Forum Solutions. Tracy is a Director who brings 20 years of management consulting experience, a deep curiosity about business, and a passion for helping clients succeed. Though she has worked in multiple industries, her career started in retail, and she remains fascinated by the industry. Tracy is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner who loves spending her time hiking, traveling, and being near the water. Get to know more about Tracy and her story.

Why did you choose to work at Forum?

One of the things that I love about Forum is that I am constantly learning from other people at the firm whether they are new to the firm or have been with us for many years. Our ability to share knowledge freely and collaborate to help give our clients the best possible outcome is inspiring.

What do you enjoy most about consulting?

I have been in consulting for 15 years. I am fascinated by business and commerce and love that I am constantly exposed to different organizational cultures, visions and strategies and people who are working hard to build those businesses. I always want to be in someone's corner, so I enjoy helping our clients find success.

How do you like to spend your weekend?

I love being near the water in the summer, hiking in the spring and fall and planning travel to explore other places in the world that excite me. I love festivals and farmer’s markets of all kinds and could spend too much time at either.

What does being part of a local Seattle-based consulting firm mean to you?

I have lived in the PNW my whole life and I love it here. I have watched many of the companies here start and grow over my lifetime and have always felt personally invested in the success of this region. If you want to work with some of the best companies in the world, Seattle is a great place to do it.
