Forum Solutions Welcomes David Shin

Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced David Shin has joined as Senior Consultant.

David is a change management expert with 10 years of experience guiding organizations through complex changes that transform how they conduct business. He is skilled at analyzing the unique challenges of each situation and executing a plan that is tailored for the organization’s specific needs. David is passionate about applying a people-oriented approach and is adept at building effective partnerships across teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

David has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, David spent 10 years as a management consultant driving business transformations, successfully guiding his clients through Case Management, ERP, Business Intelligence system implementations and other enterprise-wide changes.

When he is not partnering with clients, David loves to play basketball, explore Seattle’s culinary scene, and enjoy a glass of wine with his wife, Alyssa.
