The rapid increase in demand for education technology due to the pandemic, significant federal government investment in efficacious student learning technology, and recent company acquisitions accelerated DreamBox’s growth. DreamBox needed to rapidly develop a go-to-market strategy to meet this opportunity.

Working with a new set of stakeholders across departments, Forum led with a customer-centric focus to create structure and define a unique go-to-market framework and strategy to meet DreamBox’s unique business objectives. We provided guidance and perspective on best-in-class go-to-market practices from across industries with which to tailor DreamBox’s solution and gain alignment across the broad team on go-to-market framework objectives. These objectives included a defined playbook and critical processes to define ownership, deliverables, and execution strategies and pillars needed to deliver new products and services.

With the objectives defined, a gap analysis identified processes and roles to fill to enable the business to scale. The team then worked to develop the playbook and go-to-market processes while providing feedback and bringing insights forward to get to decisions quickly, keeping the program on track.
