As we close out 2021 and head into the holiday season, we find ourselves reflecting on another year and all that we are grateful for. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to help clients transition from shock to growth, envision and realize what the new "normal" looks like. We helped them innovate new ways to grow, collaborate, and determine new priorities from a different social and economic environment. Our clients in healthcare, technology, retail, transportation, and non-profit industries among others took great strides forward in their ability to be resilient and inclusive.

For the trust our clients share with us, we are grateful. 2021 was also an introspective year for us as a Firm. Just like other businesses, our team navigated family, health, and work obligations, balancing a new work environment, and delivered tangible results. We are proud to have added 8 new team members this year and to see the commitment and passion all of our people have for the success of our clients and each other.

At Forum, we believe it is paramount to learn every day and we are incredibly thankful for the full, rich experience and skills that each person at Forum brings to the table and their willingness and commitment to making us collectively better. As we look ahead to 2022, we are excited for the future. We see our clients forging new creative paths and we are thrilled to be their partner.
