Associate Spotlight: Gauri Patil

As I approach the six-month mark with Forum Solutions, I’m reflecting on my time here.  I began in May and then immediately graduated from the UW with my Master of Science in Business Analytics.

I enjoy that I get new opportunities to learn and grow my skills whether it be at a client with other Forum associates or in Forum’s own pillars of work. I wanted to work at a company which would provide the chance to thrive holistically apart from my technical or management skills. Forum Solutions is a place where one can apply versatile skills and improve them while gaining professional experience.

It is startup kind of environment where associates treat Forum as their own company wanting it to grow and progress. At the same time associates are recognized and cherished for their engagement with Forum as well as their engagement with clients.

I have learned more in these past months at Forum than I have at any of my previous work engagements, and I look forward to learning more.

Gauri holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Certificate in Data Analytics from University of Washington and Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Mumbai, India. When not partnering with clients, Gauri can be found volunteering, reading, playing with her cat, having meaningful conversations, and visiting waterfronts around the Seattle area.
