Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Alicia Romano has joined as Senior Consultant.

Alicia is a seasoned leader with a diverse background spanning compliance, risk management, program management, and data and analytics across various industries. Her expertise includes defining and executing strategic objectives, analyzing metrics for continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders. She has a passion for leveraging data-driven insights and is known for her ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable results.

Alicia has a Master of Arts degree from Cleveland State University in Communication Research and Methodology.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Alicia held a variety of program management roles at Amazon.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children exploring and enjoying the Pacific Northwest, enjoying good wine and good food and most mornings you can find her at a Yoga studio.
