Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company is proud to announce Stephanie Fiano has been promoted to Principal Consultant, Program Leadership.

Stephanie is a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years of professional experience in strategic and business planning, program development and implementation, cross-functional facilitation and decision-making, competitive and go-to-market analysis, product development and dissemination, customer and stakeholder engagement, and enterprise implementation planning and execution.

As a senior member of the Program Leadership service delivery team, Stephanie provides subject matter expertise and strategic advisory services to clients across Forum’s portfolio and actively contributes to the development and growth of Forum associates. 

Stephanie is a recognized leader in the healthcare provider, healthcare payer, technology, and non-profit industries. During her career she has engaged in the local community via speaking events, volunteering opportunities, board participation, and community connection discussions.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of California Davis. 

When she is not partnering with clients, she is likely spending time with family, adventuring outdoors, or reading biographies and memoirs.
