Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Maren Fleming has joined as Operations Lead.

Maren is an engaging leader experienced in relationship management, customer service, recruiting and operational process improvement. Maren is deeply passionate about enabling others to be the most efficient at what they do through servant leadership and utilizes her critical thinking ability to proactively help Forum scale efficiently and continuously improve.

Maren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations, Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems from Gonzaga University.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Maren served as a Regional Manager, Account Manager and Technical Recruiter in IT and Marketing Consulting firms.

Outside of work, Maren can be found spending quality time with friends and family, singing in choir, experimenting with new recipes, or planning her next travel adventure.
