Forum Solutions Welcomes Chinua Lambie

Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Chinua Lambie has joined as Senior Consultant.

Chinua has 15 years of public and private sector project, program and portfolio leadership experience in healthcare technology, operations, and software implementations. He brings a well-balanced and innovative approach to tackling big goals and is highly skilled at aligning organizational and operational priorities to drive competitive advantage. As a big-picture, systems thinker, he excels at collaborating with leaders and individuals at all levels to define and sustain strategic plans and positively impact metrics that drive operational excellence.

Chinua holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from University of Washington, a Master’s Certification in Health Information Technology from The George Washington University, and a BA in Psychology from Morehouse College. He is certified in SCRUM and is a LEAN Six Sigma Greenbelt and is also an alumnus of Leadership Tomorrow (Seattle).

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Chinua helped the City of Seattle with their post-COVID return to work initiative and led a variety of technology initiatives for Providence St. Joseph Health, UW Medicine, MedStar Health System and Harborview Medical Center.

When not partnering with clients, Chinua enjoys cooking, traveling, the outdoors, watching college football, and reading about economics and financial markets. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and serving his community.
