Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Carrie Mandak has joined as Consultant.

Carrie is a seasoned leader and team member with 10+ years’ experience in business transformation and large-scale software implementation. She can connect subject matter experts and executives to relevant information to facilitate decision making and help organizations realize their goals. Her experience in change management including skilled facilitation, communication and team collaboration cultivates an environment that is adaptive and transformative.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master’s in Public Administration from Seattle University.

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Carrie led several strategic initiatives at the University of Washington and City of Seattle.

When not partnering with clients, Carrie enjoys gardening, kitchen experiments and exploring all aspects of life via nature, books, travel, friendships and family.
