Forum Solutions, a Seattle-based management consulting company announced Ben Heege has joined as Senior Associate.

Ben is an experienced program manager and business professional with 20+ years of experience in operations, technology implementation and support, project and portfolio management, supply chain logistics, and team leadership. Ben’s collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills enable him to turn vision and goals into plans of action, and to engage at all levels of complex organizations. His skills have delivered significant results in process improvement, labor savings, revenue realization, new product introduction, and cycle time reduction. Ben’s industry experience includes B2B retail, B2C e-commerce, human resources, higher education, and health care. 

Prior to joining Forum Solutions, Ben led several business transformation projects in the finance team at a large higher education institution based in Seattle.

When not partnering with clients, Ben enjoys making music in various bands around Seattle, family time with his wife and two teenage daughters, and volunteering with local climate activism organizations.
