Happy Women's Equality Day

Women’s Equality Day, celebrated every August 26, commemorates the passage of women’s suffrage in the U.S. and reminds us of the hurdles overcome by the heroic women who faced violence and discrimination to propel the women’s movement forward.

As a co-founder of a woman-owned management consulting firm, 70% of which is female with women in 75% of the leadership roles, I wanted to acknowledge the hard work of those that came before me who fought for equality. I appreciate the opportunity to pursue a career in what I love to do and to build a Firm that helps our clients and our community. Thank you to the allies of all genders for supporting us and our Firm over the years.

Women’s Equality Day serves as a reminder to do something meaningful for the women in our lives, and to continue the fight for equality for all.
